Nominations for the ISSA Emerging Leaders Class of 2026 close this Saturday 31 October, giving the industry a final few days to recognise its rising talent.

On Thursday 8 October, ISSA celebrated the Emerging Leaders Class of 2025 at the ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo in Melbourne. The event recognised the talent coming through the cleaning industry and reminded everyone how much that acknowledgement means to the people who receive it.

If you have a standout team member, a colleague you admire or you believe the nomination could be yours, ISSA wants to hear about them. A few minutes this week is all it takes to help celebrate the next generation of leaders in cleaning, hygiene and facility management solutions.

Honourees earn industry-wide recognition because ISSA presents them at the ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo and features them across ISSA and INCLEAN media channels. Peers, clients and leaders across the industry see their work as a result.

Honourees also join a network of emerging talent across Oceania and Asia-Pacific, where they share their experience and build relationships that support their careers.

Recognition for your people also reflects well on your business. It demonstrates your commitment to developing future industry leaders and positions your organisation as a place where talent is valued.

Think of the person who lifts their team, introduces fresh ideas and keeps raising the standard. Now is the time to see them recognised as an ISSA Emerging Leader.
