Millennium chair steps down

Millennium Services Group announces resignation of chair.

Millennium Services Group has announced that Stuart Grimshaw has stepped down from his position as chair following his appointment to the role of CEO of financial services company, hummgroup.

Grimshaw joined the company as chairman in December 2020. In a statement, Millennium Services Group said Grimshaw “helped the organisation successfully navigate COVID and the challenges it presented; oversaw the appointment of a new CEO in February 2022, and through a strong focus on corporate governance, compliance and debt reduction has successfully placed Millennium on the path for future growth”.

“It has been an absolute pleasure to work with a terrific board of directors and management team through what has been a tremendously challenging period,” Grimshaw said.

“We have strengthened the balance sheet and continued to provide exceptional service to our customers, especially through COVID. The team have been amazing and that is the secret to our success – a committed bunch of people who take ownership and pride in the presentation and protection of the assets they service.”

Millennium CEO and managing director, Royce Galea also thanked Grimshaw for his “leadership through some challenging times” and for his support to the Millennium Group.
