Millennium Services Group has secured two major retail contracts with a combined value of $118 million.
Millennium extended its contract to provide cleaning services to department store Myer until 2024 (including extension options), and also signed a new and renewed cleaning and security contracts with major shopping centre group Stockland to 2024 (including extensions).
The Myer contract will see Millennium delivering cleaning services to more than 60 locations across Australia.
The major shopping centre contract expands on the services already provided at three existing sites to include both cleaning and security, and extends its current cleaning agreements at a further five sites.
Darren Boyd, Millennium CEO said, “We have been working closely with these clients over the past few years and these newly signed long-term contracts are a demonstration of the high level of satisfaction by our clients in the quality of the services that the Millennium team has been able to deliver”.
