Millennium Services Group has won several new long-term contracts including a major contract for cleaning 23 retail assets and seven commercial assets for ISPT.

ISPT is an Australian property fund manager, with $22.2 billion of funds under management through investments in office, retail, industrial, and residential properties.

The new ISPT contract, commencing 1 December 2022, will see Millennium providing cleaning services at sites in ACT, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, and South Australia for the next four years (+ two-year option).

Since the start of the 2023 financial year, in addition to ISPT, Millennium has also secured significant new contracts including cleaning services for Newcastle Airport, cleaning for 13 sites for JVL Investment Group in Queensland and retail cleaning contracts in New Zealand.

The combined value of these new contracts is approximately $20 million per annum.
