Asaleo Care has appointed Andrew Leyden as the company’s new CFO.
Leyden is an experienced listed company CFO, having most recently held that position at Vita Group Ltd. He has also held senior roles in consumer goods companies including Foster’s Group and Reckitt Benckiser.
Through his career he has had extensive retail and B2B experience and held key roles responsible for growing and diversifying businesses and expanding revenues. Leyden has also had responsibility for leading and transforming global IT operations.
The company’s current CFO, Campbell Richards, will leave later this year, at a date to be agreed. Richards commenced with Asaleo Care in April 2019.
The company’s CEO and managing director, Sid Takla, said, “We are delighted that Andrew is joining Asaleo Care at this exciting time. With his experience and proven track record of growing revenue and businesses, he brings capabilities which will support us to proactively develop and implement our growth strategies”.
Leyden will commence with the company from November.
