Cleanaway Waste Management has appointed Paul Binfield as CFO following the retirement of Brendan Gill.
Binfield will join Cleanaway in the role of CFO on 1 February 2021. Gill, who joined Cleanaway as CFO in September 2014, will continue in his role until that time.
Binfield is a highly experienced executive having held CFO roles in a number of public, private equity and multinational companies.
Binfield is currently group CFO at Nufarm Limited, a position he has held for almost nine years, during which time he has led a number of major projects, including the recent divestment of Nufarm’s South American businesses.
Vik Bansal, CEO and managing director said, “While I am disappointed that Brendan has made the decision to retire, I am also excited Paul will be joining our team. I look forward to his leadership and contribution as we embark on phase 2 of our Footprint 2025 strategy.
