Mr Ford will replace the company’s previous CFO Bernie Bicknell – who will be retiring after seven years in the role – and will report directly to Godfreys managing director John Hardy.

Bernie Bicknell will remain with Godfreys to continue leading the internal implementation team, which is focused on delivering the company’s recently restructure strategy.

Godfreys has described Andrew as highly-accomplished senior finance executive, with extensive experience in finance, operations, accounting, treasury, tax, risk management, acquisitions, divestments and managing financial growth.

He previously held the position of deputy chief financial officer of SKILLED Group Limited and also held roles at Deloitte’s for more than 10 years.
“On behalf of the board, I would like to extend a warm welcome to Andrew Ford,” said Godfreys chairman, Rod Walker. “Andrew brings considerable expertise in the areas of business and capital strategy and finance.”
