ISS has purchased Livit FM Services AG from its parent company Livit AG for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition of the Switzerland-based facility management company strengthens ISS’s market position in the country.
Per the terms of the transaction, more than 670 Livit FM Services employees will join ISS Switzerland.
Livit FM Services will be fully integrated into ISS Switzerland in the first quarter of 2023 and will operate under the brand ISS Facility Services AG.
“With the acquisition, we strengthen our position with a service enterprise of outstanding high quality, offering ISS Switzerland an opportunity to enhance our market position in the long term,” said André Nauer, ISS Switzerland CEO.

With their know-how, the experienced and extraordinarily well-trained employees of Livit FM Services AG will assist us considerably in creating significant added value for our clients.”
