- WATERPROOF FABRIC & REINFORCEMENTS = HIGH TEAR STRENGTH.
ELKA PRO is made of the market’s strongest PU/Polyamide fabric which has higher tear strength than polyester, and wearers have excellent freedom of movement thanks to the flexibility of the fabric.
Elka are experts in high-frequency welding, giving the ELKA PRO range reinforced seams and welds as strong as the material itself, particularly in exposed areas (under arms and crotch).
The PU together with the innate stretch of polyamide optimises the tear strength and increases the durability and life span = less dollars spent on buying more.
The PU coating has a Water Column pressure rating of over 10mm.
- WATER REPELLENT BACKING
The knitted polyamide fabric underneath has a protective water repellent backing, meaning staff stay more comfortable and drier in situations where it is unavoidable that water gets underneath the garments.
- MADE IN EUROPE/EUROPEAN CERTIFICATIONS
Designed in Denmark and manufactured at Elka’s own factory in Lithuania, ELKA PRO meet strict European standards for protective clothing, complying with food standards required by regulators, retailers and within specific supply chains, as well as being approved by accredited test institutes. The ELKA PRO Cleaning range is certified EN 343 (waterproof and breathable), with most items certified EN 14605 (protection against liquid chemicals) and EN 14126 (protection against infectious agents).
- WIDE RANGE
Most ELKA PRO styles are available in a range of colours and sizes from XS to 5XL, and come with a choice of fasteners, wrist and ankle closures and hoods or collars.
- EASY TO CLEAN
Simply machine wash at 60°C at the end of each shift and hose down after using chemicals. Hang to dry in shade.
