The 20th Congress of World Federation of Building Service Contractors (WFBSC), a bi-annual conference for the building service industry, will be hosted by Harvard Maintenance in New York, 6 to 9 April 2014.
‘The event will feature the best revenue boosting strategies, hiring and retention strategies, as well as valuable insights to grow your profits from industry leaders and featured speakers,’ states the organiser.
Those speakers will include Forbes Magazine’s Steve Forbes, best-selling author Jim Collins, X Prize Foundation’s Peter Diamandis and ABC News’ (US) Richard Besser.
High profile cleaning and hygiene service industry speakers include event host and Harvard Maintenance CEO Stan Doobin, ABM Industries’ CEO Henrik Slipsager, Mitie managing director Martyn Freeman, OCS group CEO Chris Cracknell and ISS CEO Jeff Gravenhorst.
