In early October South East Queensland Professional Housekeepers Association (SEQPHA) members gathered for a breakfast meeting and tour of the impressive Sunfresh Linen’s Darra facility.

Founded in 1998 as a family business, Sunfresh has expanded significantly over the years. In 2006 the company undertook a major upgrade of its Ipswich plant with investment in new sorting, washing and ironing machines to boost productivity.

In 2009 the company acquired a second factory and subsequently management decided to move both its operations into one new facility at Darra. By March 2010 that facility was up and running.

Sunfresh services south east Queensland and northern New South Wales. Its commitment is to deliver a ‘total management solution’.

SEQPHA is having its Christmas Party on Friday 28th November. It will be a 5.00 to 7.00 pm cruise on the Broadwater, Gold Coast.
