With its launch of ‘price fighting’ Viper machines, Nilfisk Australia says it has boosted its product portfolio to provide solutions across the entire floorcare market segment.
“With the addition of the Viper range, Nilfisk can even better support its dealer network with professional machines that deliver genuine value-for-money but without compromising on quality,” explained Nilfisk Australia’s managing director Markus Haefeli.
The Viper brand stands for machines that are easy-to-use and require little or no training – which is a cost saver. They are robust and reliable products that offer affordable and cost effective cleaning solutions.
The Viper floor care range includes scrubber dryers, single disc and burnishing machines.
“Importantly, Viper products are easy to service, which in turn gives our customers lower maintenance costs. All up, we believe Viper offers the best ‘quality/price’ ratio in the market,” Haefeli emphasised.
Viper scrubbers range from 38cm machines up to 81cm. They include the Viper AS380 Micro Scrubber/Dryer, which is ideal for cleaning narrow areas. It features an ergonomic, foldable handle; 380 mm scrubbing width; and solution/recovery tank capacity of 15 litres.
For tackling heavy trafficked areas, the battery-powered Viper AS510 Walk behind Scrubber/Dryer features integrated solution/recovery tanks to increase capacity. It has a two-stage vacuum motor and 430mm scrubbing path.
With a long battery life, the Viper FANG32T Large Walk behind Scrubber/Dryer has an 800mm cleaning path and large 115/106 litre tank capacity so it’s ready for ‘serious’ cleaning. The variable pad pressure and speed control enable productive and efficient cleaning in very dirty commercial and industrial areas.
The Viper business was initially established in 1982 by William Chen, the exclusive distributor of Rug Doctor products for China, Hong Kong and Macau.
In 1996 the company changed its name to Viper Industrial products. The Nilfisk-Advance Group acquired Viper in 2007 and soon after CE approval Viper machines were launched in Europe and the Viper range is now manufactured under Nilfisk’s stringent standards of quality control.
