The National Cleaning Suppliers Association (NCSA) board has been undertaking a good deal of analysis and appraisal in an effort to determine what it needs to do to better service its members and the industry. One important initiative has been the organisation’s website redevelopment.

“There has been a lot of background work going on in regard to the overall offer from the NCSA,” emphasised NCSA national president Stuart Nicol.

“It has included preparation and organisation for the next Cleanscene exhibition scheduled for Melbourne in September 2015; plans for new memberships; and ways to work closer with other industry bodies such as the Building Service Contractors Association of Australia (BSCAA), the Specialised Cleaning & Restoration Industry Association (SCRIA), and the Individual Cleaners Association of Australia and New Zealand (ICAN)  to name a few.”

Redevelopment of the NCSA website so that it delivers real value to both members and the Association’s board, has been a priority.

The NCSA said that while it is continually being updated and enhanced, results to date are proving the website will prove most beneficial to all industry stakeholders. Of course, some website content requires input from members.

“Members will be able to advertise on the NCSA website at low cost as well as have other forms of exposure on the site,” explained Nicol.

“Supplier and distributor re-seller members can link their catalogues and services to their own websites; have input to the newsletter section; promote new product launches; and capitalise on a number of other useful website facets.
