COVID-19 has brought rapid and significant changes to the building services industry and facilities management sector. It has not only demonstrated the need for regular and thorough cleaning to maintain hygienic facilities, but it has also turned the spotlight towards the quality of cleaning.
As a result, many believe there will be more scrutiny of the claims made by manufacturers of ‘green’ products, both in terms of whether they deliver the required performance and reduce their environmental impact.
