CPP41011 Certificate IV in Cleaning Management (Full qualification)
Specifically designed to have a positive impact for your organization, this course is for people managing cleaners in a variety of settings; commercial, retail, industrial sector and health and aged care. Successful candidates will acquire the knowledge and skills to effectively lead and manage teams who undertake cleaning operations; it provides a sound knowledge base for operating a business and managing cleaning contracts.
• 5 -6 full face-to-face days once a month
• Enrol/Commence by 14 May and complete by 19 December 2014
BSB51107 Diploma of Management (Hako sponsored/SSP funded course available to only 15 students this year)
Suited to people in a current management role or being groomed for promotion, this qualification develops skills for managers who manage the work of others or to add value to or review management practices. Students gain expertise in various management tasks such as developing budgets, managing the performance of employees and overseeing projects at work. Typically people in these roles will have considerable industry experience and the qualification requires a sound theoretical knowledge base and managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate own work or the work of a team.
• 5 -6 full face-to-face days once a month with online support.Delivered at Hako in Silverwater.
