WorkWave second quarter revenue jumps

Parent company of TEAM Software reports revenue growth of 148 per cent total year-over-year for fiscal-second quarter of 2022.

WorkWave, parent company of TEAM Software Inc, reported revenue growth of 148 per cent total year-over-year for its fiscal-second quarter of 2022.

The company also posted a software revenue growth of 173 per cent from the equivalent quarter a year ago, with 687 per cent growth in new customers over the same time period and a net retention rate of 122 per cent.

WorkWave credited the gains to increased offerings for small-to-midsize customers and the launch of an enhanced customer service department.

“During these times of uncertainty, it is even more critical that we continue to focus on consistently delivering tangible value to our customers. That, combined with our ability to be a strong partner, will carry them—and WorkWave—through any challenges they may face,” said David F. Giannetto, WorkWave CEO.

“We expect our outstanding success to continue and believe that our constant focus on running a well-managed, profitable, organically growing business puts us in a superior position versus our competition.”
