Greg founded Corporate Clean Property Services in March 1991 and continued to develop the business on the principle of offering a quality service at a fair price.

When his illness deteriorated rapidly, Greg had to sell his beloved business in 2015 when it was performing the best it ever had.

Greg was a foundation member in 1993 of the Cleaning Industry Association of South Australia and served on the executive committee for six years, including three years as president.

He was then president of the Australian Building Service Contractors Association (BSCAA) in South Australia from 1999 to 2005 and represented the South Australian division on the national board of the BSCAA during that period.

He was also part of the steering committee working with industry, the LMHU (now United Voice) and WorkCover to develop the Cleansafe manual for occupational health and safety standards in the building services industry throughout Australia.

We offer our sincere condolences to Greg’s family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

  1. I first met Greg on a cleaning job on Franklin Street, Adelaide back in 1985. He had just purchased a Cleaning Franchise from Robyn White of Greenhill Cleaning Services. Greg was in partnership with a mate, can’t remember his name, but it was apparent that neither of them had any experience in the Cleaning Industry.
I had been called in by Robyn White to show these two blokes how to strip and seal a vinal floor. Met them both on site, Franklin St and it was immediately obvious that they both needed help to do the job. We spent in total, 9 hours doing the job that night and these two blokes a observing and learning how a Strip Seal was done. I Rick Mansfield was very impressed with especially Greg’s keenness to learn the system/method which obviously as a starting point to Greg’s starting point into the lucrative Cleaning Industry. Miss you Greg, your honesty and commitment, fond memories of meeting you. Regards Rick..
