George Tsivis sadly passed away peacefully at the age of 73 on 13 October 2016.

George will be fondly remembered by all of those he worked with, both at Broadlex and in the wider cleaning industry fraternity. He was highly-respected in the cleaning industry and a long-time serving member of BSCAA NSW.

His funeral was held at St Michael’s Greek Orthodox Church, Crows Nest, Sydney on Thursday 20 October 2016 and was attended by family, Broadlex employees and many industry colleagues.

George co-founded Broadlex with Angela Sakellis in 1969. Since then, they worked to grow the company and expand its client base across a variety of sectors and geographic areas.

Even as a managing director, George was hands-on and influential in fostering great relationships with clients. George and Angela provided inspiring leadership and direction to their staff and were always happy to share their extensive experience and expertise.
