With already strong delegate registrations, the World Federation of Building Service Contractors (WFBSC) is upbeat about its 2012 Congress, which will focus on the organisation’s ‘Cleaning for Health’ initiative.
Supported by major sponsors Diversey and Karcher, the Congress will be held in Brazil’s ‘green’ city of Curitiba from 10 to 14 October 2012.
According to a statement earlier this week by WFBSC president Adonai Arruda, “Up to now there are 630 registrations for the Congress and we expect a minimum of more 600 until its opening.”
With more than 1200 delegates expected, the Curitiba event promises to be the most successful WFBSC Congress for many decades.
Arruda pointed out that WFBSC Congress 2012 will “gather three events at once for the (WFBSC’s) first time.” They are the WFBSC Congress, Brazilian Congress and Abrilimp (HIGIEXPO) trade show.
Curitiba is a ‘green’ city located in Brazil’s south, about one hour by plane from Rio de Janeiro and 50 minutes to Foz de Iguaçu, a major tourist attraction.
The WFBSC has arranged special delegate accommodation deals with Star Alliance (reservation code – JJ01S12).
The Congress registration fee is 25% lower than the last Congress and includes all lunches, transfers and dinners.
