Catherine Walsh has recently been appointed group executive – people, performance and culture at Spotless Group, effective 8 August 2016.
Based in Melbourne, Catherine will play a key role on the company’s executive management team. She will be responsible for Spotless’ human resources; industrial relations; payroll; occupational health and safety; workers compensation; remuneration and staffing functions.

“She has strong leadership and strategic management experience and will drive a high performance culture in line with our strategy, helping the business attract and retain the best people.”
Catherine brings more than 21 years of experience in human resources and workplace relations to her new role.
