Smart Cleaning Solutions has expanded its branch network, opening a new office in Adelaide.

Started in 2009, Smart Cleaning Solutions  specialises in commercial cleaning for offices, hotels, pubs, gyms, schools and childcare.

Some of its major clients include ALH Group, McDonald’s, Spirit Hotels, G8 Education and Green Leaves. Last year the company opened new offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.

Smart Cleaning Solutions CEO Nicholas Pastras said the expansive growth in the company’s physical presence in 2018 was the result of securing a number of new contracts in the hotel and retail sectors.

“The opening of the Adelaide office is the culmination of a long held company ambition to have truly national representation Australia wide. And it’s been made possible by the fact that our business had its best year to date in 2018, as we once again managed to double the size of our business over 12 months, for the ninth successive year in a row,” Pastras said.

“The expansive growth in our physical presence in 2018 was made possible by us expanding our already significant presence in the hotel industry, and we also won a number of new contracts with large retail brands.

“Hotel cleaning services, be they housekeeping services or the cleaning of bars and bistros, has been a significant part of our core business since day one of our operations, so it’s very exciting for the whole organisation to now have developed new home bases in Adelaide, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane, that puts us so close to so many new business prospects.”
