Richard Greene appointed president of IICRC

Greene will come to the position with over 20 years’ executive management experience leading local, state and national trade associations.

IICRC logoThe Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) yesterday announced Richard Greene will take over the role of president.

“I am honoured to have been chosen to lead the Institute,” said Mr Greene, who will based at the IICRC’s global resource centre in Las Vegas, in a press release from the organisation. “The IICRC is a solid organisation with the ability to lift the industry into the future, ultimately providing consumers with the best possible services. I am very much looking forward to our success together.”

Greene will come to the position with over 20 years’ ‘executive management experience leading local, state and national trade associations, primarily focusing his efforts to support small businesses,’ continued the release.

Prior to joining the IICRC, Greene served as the CEO of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA). His leadership positions also included managing several local chambers of commerce, a state-wide construction related trade association, urban redevelopment agencies and a national trade association.’

‘Mr Greene will take over from current IICRC Chairman Pete Duncanson, who served as interim president throughout the executive search.’
