RIA postpones 2021 Restoration Conference & Trade Show

New event date to be determined in the first half of 2022.

In light of the current COVID-19 situation across Australia, the Restoration Industry Association (RIA) has postponed the 2021 Restoration Conference & Trade Show, with a date to be determined in the first half of 2022.

The Australasian Restoration Conference & Tradeshow was scheduled to take place on 27 – 28 September 2021 on the Sunshine Coast.

RIA said the association’s focus is on the health and safety of vendors, their staff, keynote speakers and attendees.

“While we can appreciate the disappointment to all affected by this decision we want to ensure we are able to provide the best possible event and for the opportunity to be available for everybody in Australia and New Zealand to attend safely.

“We are excited to still deliver our biggest trade show to date, with over 90 per cent already secured. With industry speakers from restoration to air quality and live demonstrations, there’s something for everybody,” RIA said.

“Putting together an event of this size takes a great amount of planning and dedication from all involved. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our vendors and supporters who have already put in tireless hours getting ready for September.”

All current attendee bookings for the scheduled September event will automatically be transferred to the new dates. All current vendor bookings and sponsorships for the scheduled September event will automatically be transferred to 2022.

“We look forward to welcoming you to our event in 2022 and we will keep you informed with new dates as they are secured. ”
