Makita launched our XGT 40V Max platform in August 2020 and are now excited to announce we will be expanding our XGT platform further! XGT provides a combination of innovative tool design and higher output batteries to deliver genuine solutions for high demand commercial users. Makita’s NEW XGT 40V Wet/Dry Vacuum sets a new level of cordless performance with a max sealed suction of 23kPa and max airflow of 46L/s. Dual battery ports provides runtime of 28 minutes with 2 x 5.0Ah batteries and the variable suction control allows users to extend the runtime by reducing suction to match the task.
Makita’s XGT products are backed by market leading Battery & Charger technology. The 40V Max Rapid Chargers have dual cooling fans to provide a fast charge time of 45 minutes for a 4.0Ah battery or 28 minutes for the smaller 2.5Ah battery. Makita backs all of its Cordless Lithium-Ion skins with a 5 Year Extended Warranty.
XGT – ‘Power Without Limits’ is a range which will continue to grow and we expect to be launching our 2L 40V Max Backpack Vacuum by the end of 2022.
