It was appropriate that the Professional Housekeepers Association NSW (PHAN) launch its new website during International Housekeeping Week. At a function held at the Radisson Blu (Sydney) on 11 September, president Maureen Jolowicz hosted more than 60 members and preferred suppliers to the www.phan.org.au’s debut.

“We are very proud of this upgraded website. I particularly want to acknowledge the support we have received from our suppliers; we appreciate you and we need you,” said Jolowicz.

She invited more suppliers to join PHAN and explained the joining process and inexpensive cost.

Webmaster James Ogilvie was on hand to present the website and to explain its features and benefits.

“The site is simple and very focused on what PHAN wants to say,” Ogilvie explained. He pointed to the substantial amount of content already loaded into the site and added, “content will grow.”

There are dedicated pages for PHAN’s suppliers, complete with links to their own websites. Other pages include About us; Photos; Publications; Events; Contact us; and Membership sign-up.
