OCS Australia has expanded its footprint with two new offices in Melbourne and Perth, as the facilities management services company ramps up its local growth strategy.

OCS Australia’s Perth office has relocated with OCS and its insurance building repairs subsidiary, Midcity, now operating out of the same location in Belmont, consolidating from separate offices.

Its newly opened office in Melbourne is located in Tullamarine. According to OCS Australia the opening of the new Tullamarine site is the result of new growth opportunities identified by the services and facilities management company  in the Victorian market.

“Our new offices in Perth and Melbourne are part of our continued investment in the Australian arm of the business,” said OCS ANZ managing director, Gareth Marriott.

“It’s also part of the overarching business strategy for OCS ANZ, which we’re continuing to execute.”

Operating in Australia since 1998, OCS delivers a range of services to businesses throughout Australia including commercial cleaning, hygiene washroom services, waste management and asset maintenance.

The company has more than 1000 staff working across Sydney, Queensland, Victoria and Perth at more than 200 offices, shops, warehouses and airports.

In New Zealand, OCS is the leading soft service company with more than 4000 staff, 147 contractors and 25 branches nationwide.

OCS is currently also looking for an office space in Brisbane as it expands its operations in Queensland, with plans to open in 2019.
