Godfreys non-executive director Jonathan Brett has resigned from his position to pursue other interests, reported the Appliance Retailer on 1 August 2016.
The Godfrey’s board has thanked Mr Brett for ‘his contributions to the company during his time as a director, and in particular for his efforts as chair of the company’s audit and risk management committee’.
Godfreys director Brendan Fleiter will assume the role of the chair in the audit and risk management committee.
Mr Brett served on Godfreys’ board since ‘prior to admission to the official list of the ASX in December 2014’.
Meanwhile, Godfreys is continuing its search for a new CEO, following Kathy Cocovski’s departure from the company last month.
