ISS has appointed Susanne Jorgensen CEO of the company’s Americas region, effective July 1.
Jorgensen joined ISS in 2017 as regional chief financial officer (CFO) for Americas and was elevated to her most recent position, CEO of North America, in 2020. She succeeds Dan Ryan who is stepping down from ISS at the end of July.
Ryan had served as CEO of the Americas since 2016 and in the additional role of chief group commercial officer since 2020.
In a related move, ISS has named Jorgensen a member of its executive group management.
“I would like to thank Dan for his support, commitment, and contribution to ISS and the executive group management. I am very pleased that we are able to continue to draw on Dan’s long experience as he has agreed to act as an external advisor to ISS in the coming period,” said Jacob Aarup-Andersen ISS group CEO.
