Beating last year’s record, ISS Australia won 12 awards at the Customer Service Institute of Australia’s (CSIA) 2015 Service Excellence Awards, which took place 28 October at Crown Palladium, Melbourne.
Described as the ‘Oscars of customer service’, the annual Service Excellence Awards are Australia’s premier customer service awards. The awards recognise the ingenuity and innovation of the country’s most outstanding customer service-driven organisations and individuals across a broad industry base.
ISS Australia was proud to take home three National Awards for individuals and nine State Awards, including seven individual employee awards, the Large Organisation award for New South Wales and the Training Organisation Award for Queensland.
ISS Australia said it was delighted to be recognised again at this prestigious event, where it received nine awards in 2014 and eight in 2013.
‘To beat both these records in its third year of nominations is a demonstration of ISS performance in customer service and the dedication of its employees. It shows that the business is well on the way to achieving its vision to become “the world’s greatest service organisation,” stated ISS.
