IICRCA_Logo_WebThe International Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Council of Associations (IICRCA) recently announced two dates and locations for its 2015 THE EVENT trade shows, which are targeting a wide swath of the cleaning, restoration and inspection industries.

The first of the two trade shows, themed ‘Make Money, Save Money’, will be held 6 to 8 May 2015 at the Rio All Suites Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Held in conjunction with the Restoration Industry Association’s (RIA) International Restoration Convention & Industry Expo, one price will give attendees access to both shows.

‘The RIA Conference will still be the pre-eminent annual event for those in the business of restoring damaged structures, but the IICRCA will open the event beyond the world of restoration to everyone in inspection, cleaning and restoration businesses of any kind,’ said the IICRC press release.

The second THE EVENT show, themed ‘Work Together, Learn Together’, will be held 21 to 23 October 2015 at the Westgate Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Held in conjunction with ISSA/Interclean North America, the show will include access to both show floors plus extensive education from both IICRCA and ISSA.

“Across the industries we serve, several trade shows take place that lack a mission and vendors feel they could be getting more value,” observed Bryan O’Haleck, IICRC chairman. “We want to start with a blank slate, designing everything from the ground up along two lines: How do we help everyone who attends make or save money? It’s simple – but it’s also powerful.”

What makes THE EVENT different from other shows?

Triple the tradeshow area. Although THE EVENT will be the largest show in the industry, this means more than adding additional equipment and services exhibits.  There will be products and services on display far beyond what’s expected from a typical industry show.

Seminars and demonstrations that count. THE EVENT will have interactive seminars and demonstrations presented by the best in the industry – and in an industry exclusive, each will count towards IICRC continuing education credits. Every presentation will be appraised by the education committee for quality, timeliness and value before being approved.

Meeting space for our industry partners. IICRCA member associations will have the ability to hold meetings and network with their peers – at no cost.  Exhibitors will have access to private space away from but near the exhibit floor for meetings with their customers

Council’s member organisations front and centre. Attendees will know that THE EVENT is a member association production and is the only industry show owned and run by member-driven trade organisations.

“The IICRCA’s goal is to make our show not only the largest industry conference and tradeshow, but the one that has the highest quality information presented,” added O’Haleck. “Everyone wants to attend events that give them an advantage over their competition, and you deserve an event you know was worth your time to attend.”
