South Australian-owned and operated, cleaning and sanitation manufacturer and supplier, Dominant has been successful in its inaugural entry as a finalist at the 2022 Impact Awards.

Held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, the industry event hosted more than 300 guests for the awards night which saw 11 finalists in the spotlight.

The Impact Awards celebrate South Australian companies making a significant impact in their field and featured businesses across several industries including technology, manufacturing, engineering and digital solutions.

Dominant CEO, Doug Bolzon was recognised as a South Australian leader with a scholarship award for his commitment to driving the next generation of leading and fast-growing companies.

He said the awards night was a timely celebration for many South Australian businesses.

“It’s important to acknowledge the incredible work of the entire Dominant team over the last few years. As a business, it’s been extremely busy and everyone has worked tirelessly to support the demand for products across our range,” Bolzon said.

“To personally be recognised with a leadership award such as this is a great honour and one that I look forward to sharing with everyone in the team who has contributed to the business in recent times – both internally and externally.”

“COVID-19 has amplified the importance of what we do. We continue to develop new products and increase capacity of production as we see the market expand to serve more industry needs.”

Dominant continues to invest into the business allowing for further future growth as it recently purchased a new neighbouring site located next to its Brompton headquarters.

“This new space will enable us to store more raw materials and packaging, enables increased efficiencies and production opportunities, shortens lead times for our customers and gives us more space to automate services where possible.”

“This strategic investment to the brand is an investment to our customers and a commitment to businesses that we supply in Australia and globally with our sister brand, Cafetto which continues to see heightened demand as hospitality returns to overseas markets.”

“It’s an exciting time for the Dominant brand and we thank the Impact Awards Board for providing us with the opportunity to showcase what we do through an established industry platform.”
