Tennant Company has announced that Mauro Compagnoni, vice president of its APAC business unit, has left the company after 28 years.

In more recent years he headed up the Australian and New Zealand businesses until being appointed vice president of the Asia Pacific region in early 2014.

‘On behalf of Tennant leadership, we certainly thank Mauro for his many years of service to the company. He has been an instrumental player for us in the APAC region, which has and continues to be a key expansion region for Tennant,’ noted a company statement.

‘Mauro built a strong team of general managers in each of the key APAC regions. After an evaluation of our APAC organisation, Tennant decided that, given the geographic and cultural diversity of the APAC region, it could grow more effectively and efficiently by having the general managers report directly into the Tennant senior management team.’

INCLEAN joins with the industry in wishing Mauro all the very best in his new ventures.
