Positioned as ‘Australia’s meeting place for the built environment’, Total Facilities was held 25 and 26 March at the Sydney Exhibition Centre. Among exhibitors enhancing the ‘cleaning and hygiene’ profile was INCLEAN.

There was a significant number of what would have been a decade or more ago simply contract cleaners but are now multi-service providers offering a disparate portfolio of services. And not all are ‘soft’ services…

The Total Facilities’ official event guide was dominated, in advertising terms, by ‘cleaning’ companies, both service providers and product marketers.

Major building service contractors (BSCs) exhibiting included ISS Facility Services and Menzies Facility Services. They were complemented by ever expanding and aggressive BSCs including CMC Property Services, Securecorp, AMC Commercial Cleaning, Academy Services, Hi Class Commercial Services, and Integrated Facility Solutions.

Product and system suppliers showing off their wares included 3M, Abco, Dyson, eziTracker, Pacvac, Peerless Jal, Rubbermaid, Solaris (Livi), Sweepers Australia, Tennant, and XO2. Leading distributor buying group RapidClean invested in a large stand that displayed a comprehensive line-up of cleaning and hygiene products.
