Interpoint organiser for Clean NZ 2012MORE MARKETING INITIATIVES, MORE AUSTRALASIAN SALES’ OPPORTUNITIES

Traditionally much more than just an exhibition, CLEAN N.Z. 2012 promises to be a cleaning and hygiene event that will not only bring the New Zealand industry together but will also prove to be an excellent marketing venue for all Australasian marketers of cleaning products and services.

CLEAN N.Z. 2012 will be held at the popular Ellerslie Event Centre, Auckland, on the 24th and 25th May 2012.

“We are extremely honoured to have been given the task of organising CLEAN N.Z. 2012 by the Building Service Contractors of New Zealand, Inc.,” stated Interpoint Event’s managing director Simon Cooper. “The BSC NZ team led by Marja Verkerk and Adrienne McDonald have done a terrific job with CLEAN N.Z. over the last couple of decades and now we look forward to further enhancing its appeal – to visitors and to exhibitors,” he added.

Interpoint is a subsidiary of The Intermedia Group, owner and publisher of INCLEAN magazine.

The Intermedia Group and Interpoint Events offer a prodigious portfolio of marketing vehicles to the Australasian cleaning industry. They include INCLEAN magazine; the AUSCLEAN Expo; e:clean emailed newsletter; incleanmag.com.au website; and various digital marketing tools.

INCLEAN has had a long term presence in New Zealand through its close relationship with the BSC NZ and has maintained solid New Zealand editorial content over recent years.

“We know there is great synergy between the New Zealand and Australian cleaning and hygiene industries,” emphasised Cooper. “Not only do a number of international brands market to ‘Australasia’ through either a New Zealand-based or Australian-based head office, but most of the larger suppliers have a marketing strategy that targets both Australian and New Zealand buyers,” he added.

CLEAN N.Z. has always been a ‘total package’ in that the exhibition has been complemented with a strong seminar program; co-located BSC meetings; and internationally acclaimed industry dinner.

“We will ensure that CLEAN N.Z. 2012 retains those valuable inherent qualities while adding our marketing skills and resources to driving greater exhibition visitor and seminar delegate traffic to the event,” Cooper stated.

Importantly, Interpoint Events will have easy communication links for its New Zealand clients and a NZ 0800 451 590 phone number has already been established. In time there will be a dedicated CLEAN N.Z. 2012 website.

“Interpoint Events has built a strong presence in New Zealand over the past five years through its organisation of various industry conferences and exhibitions. Key members of our team, including marketing manager Melanie Robertson and national advertising manager Joy de Zilva, are New Zealanders and have a sound understanding of what the marketplace needs and expects.

“We will be investing significant marketing funds into CLEAN N.Z. 2012, as well as using INCLEAN magazine, to carry the message both locally and internationally that Ellerslie in late May is the place to be,” noted Cooper.
