The Cleaning Industry Research Institute International (CIRI) last week announced Dr Eugene Cole as its key note speaker and provided topic subjects for its next symposium. Titled Cleaning and Disinfection: the Science and Practice and Controversy, the conference will be held at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Centre in Atlanta, USA from 9 to 11 November 2011.

A well respected authority in the industry, Dr Cole is a microbiologist, a member of Brigham Young University’s Department of Health Science, a public health teacher, research specialist on cleaning and health, and serves on the CIRI’s Science Advisory Council (SAC).
