Chris Franklin appointed as ISS director of asset management

ISS has appointed Chris Franklin as Director of Asset Management. As stated on the ISS website, 'the appointment supports the expansion of the ISS technical service offering.'

ISS has appointed Chris Franklin as director of asset management following his performance in key leadership roles over the past four years.

When asked about his new role, Mr Franklin said that ‘he was very much looking forward to driving the technical and energy management services by further developing ISS asset management services.’

“This is not only an area that I am truly passionate about, but an increasingly important part of the total FM service delivery,” said Mr Franklin.

“Providing a forward thinking strategy around asset management is essential to enable our customers to make smart decisions about their property.”

As stated on the ISS website, ‘the appointment supports the expansion of the ISS technical service offering, which has seen significant growth since the acquisition of GSH in January 2015. Chris’s new role will further enhance ISS’s ability to engage strategically with customers, helping to inform around key areas such as asset strategy, capital expenditure, sustainability and intelligent data.’

Chief operating officer for the ISS private sector business area, Gary Kidd, said that ‘this is a crucial role for ISS as they evolve their technical services offering to support their customer’s business strategy.’

“Protecting our customer’s assets and property and mitigating risk is ever growing in terms of value and importance,” said Mr Kidd.
