BSCAA Victoria award winners

Industry celebrate BSCAA Victoria Excellence Awards.

Industry representatives joined together to celebrate the 2019 BSCAA Victoria AustralianSuper Industry Excellence Awards.

The awards, held at the Hellenic Museum, saw 39 finalists across 14 categories.

BSCAA Victoria’s President Elias Stamas said he was pleased to see a diverse group of companies represented.

Among the award highlights, Harsha Kannangara from Quad Services was named Cleaner of the Year.

Daniel Hebic from Assetlink won Site Manager of the Year and Neville Selek from GJK Facility Services won Outstanding Achievement by a Specialist Operator.

Adel Badawy from Assetlink won the Neil Jackson Young Manager of the Year and Albert Marbo from Assetlink took out Manager of the Year.

“Without the contribution of our supporters, the worthy recipients on the night would not have the opportunity to be recognised by their peers,” Stamas said.

“The evening was a great success and all our winners are to be commended for their hard work and dedication.”

Event sponsors included AustralianSuper, Agar Cleaning Systems and Central Cleaning Supplies.

The event follows awards for BSCAA Queensland and BSCAA NSW.

Outstanding Achievement by a Specialist Operator: Neville Selek, GJK Facility Services

Outstanding Achievement by a Non-operational Employee: Danny Abdulahad, Assetlink

Young Manager of the Year: Adel Badawy, Assetlink

Manager of the Year: Albert Marbo, Assetlink
