One of the world’s most respected cleaning industry educators, Seattle-based Bill Griffin will speak at the AUSCLEAN Convention 2011, which will be held at Jupiter’s Hotel & Casino, Gold Coast, on 27 and 28 September.
Griffin established Cleaning Consultant Services in 1973, initially to market his 300-page ‘Comprehensive Custodial Training Manual’. Since that time he has written numerous cleaning-related books while also publishing the Cleaning Business Magazine for self-employed professional cleaners.
Today, Griffin provides consulting services to the US property management sector on various building maintenance issues, including cleaning and hygiene.
Griffin is one of only nine official Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) assessors as well as being a member of the International Custodial Advisors Network (ICAN). He is a regular participant in the ISSA/Interclean North America education and events program and spoke at the 2010 seminar.
Acknowledged for his wide knowledge of both technical and management aspects of the cleaning industry, Griffin is also a great presenter and an entertaining speaker.
