Cleaning service provider AMC Commercial Cleaning has appointed Kristie Coade as its new chief executive officer.
Coade’s appointment was announced this year at a three-day conference AMC hosted in Melbourne, as part of its 30 year anniversary celebrations.
“It is an honour to be rewarded with such a huge role at such a young age,” Kristie Coade told INCLEAN magazine. “I have worked in the business for more than 10 years now, and while this has been a natural progression for me, it has still been an overwhelmingly humbling experience.”
AMC’s previous CEO, Stephen Coade, has become chairman of the company.
“Dad loves the business; he’s never going anywhere which is fantastic for me because he is the best mentor I could have,” said Coade.
AMC celebrated its 30 year anniversary this year, hosting a three day conference in Melbourne for team members from across Australia and New Zealand, as well as a dinner celebration at Eureka Tower. The celebration also included a trip to Interclean Amsterdam for several senior members from AMC.
