Amano Pioneer Eclipse has entered into an agreement to purchase Clarke American Sanders from Nilfisk-Advance. The agreement is said to give Amano Pioneer Eclipse a market leading position in the wood floorcare industry.
The acquisition also strengthens the core floorcare technology business of Amano Pioneer Eclipse by opening new sales channels for existing product lines.
The anticipated transaction close date is 31 March 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.

Amano Pioneer Eclipse and Nilfisk-Advance will continue working closely together over the coming weeks and months to ensure that customers continue to receive exceptional products and customer support.
