On 5 December ALLclean Property Services celebrated its ALLstars gala dinner with 80 nominees and guests at South Perth Yacht Club, which turned out to be one of the most memorable nights in the company’s history.
More than 50 percent of the company’s workforce voluntarily accepted the challenge of being continuously monitored for ‘excellence in performance’ over 10 months and this was their reward.
Tony Russell, ALLclean managing director, was unashamedly proud of his workers. “It’s a privilege to have such committed people working for our family-owned business. Tonight they are being recognised for embracing one of the foundation philosophies of our operations and growth: ‘what more can I do for you?’” he stated. “The 80 nominees and 22 award winners are proof-positive that we are all prepared to exceed the expectations of our clients and each other.”
According to John West, operations general manager and the originator of the Awards concept: “The Program has been so successful that favorable feedback from clients has increased and the general quality of services delivery continues to improve beyond previous levels.”
