Carpet Cleaning Repair Installation Certifications (IICRC) and Restoration Industry Assocation (RIA) Advanced Designations will be awarded at the upcoming Jena Dyco Restoration Conference and Expo.
The IICRC will be awarding Master Water Restorer (MWR) and Master Fire Restorer (MSR), while the RIA will be awarding Master Water Restorer (MWR)a and Master Fire Restorer (MSR).
According to Jena Dyco, both the IICRC and RIA certifications complement each other, and they both provide “exceptional opportunities for individual to build on their skills and develop areas of expertise”.
Other advanced RIA designations to be given include Certified Restorer (CR), Water Loss Specialist (WLS) and Certified Mold Professional (CMP) – these were already presented in the US however, Australian graduates will be recognised again in front of their peers.
The Jena Dyco Restoration Conference and Expo is taking place in Melbourne on 31 May until 3 June, with the conference to also include a specialist mould forum.
